[OP2] How to configure Moitessier Hat
#1

Struggle with the installation on R3B+ OP2.

Anything I am missing to configure?

BTW: would be nice to have in addition to "check pressure" and "check temperature" also a "check position /AIS" tap. I know the blinking LEDs already indicate transmission but in headless mode the LEDs may not be in the visibility.
Maybe a gui-Icon for the cat /dev/moitessier.tty command output would already help.

You have to create a NMEA 0183 serial connection for /dev/moitessier.tty in Signal K and a signal K UDP connection for pressure and temperature

Thanks Sailoog! For the benefit of others here the details

would have expected the datastream to be shown when selecting "data output" and then "output" not always the I2C addresses.  Angel

Thanks for this. Hopefully we have good docs soon.

Yes, showing the datastream was the first intention but there are problems connecting more than 1 client to the same UDP server.
