What is the My App used for with the Dummy Data & Dummy Output??

Also what does it mean when a connection or sensor is highlighted in yellow in different apps??

If you want write your own app. You can use this as base.

The serial devices can have different protocols. There are three data types
NMEA0183 -> green
NMEA2000 -> blue
signal k       -> yellow
