Ok now I understand. Sometimes there are problems with the start procedure. (There are and will be changes in the startup.)
You should set Delay (seconds) to 20 on Startup tab. Restart and wait for about 2 minutes after you see the desktop. Check with "ps aux | grep vnc" if x11vnc has started.
