#1
Hello every body.
I am buiding an oppen plotter system to offer some new teck to my old dufour 27.
I also own an old autohelm 1000
I was wondering if it is possible to drive the autohelm 1000 with the seatalk interface or if i need to modify the hardware to drive the motor directely with a motor drive to use pypilot.

You will need to modify the hardware and drive the motor directly. The seatalk interface is not supported by software so to use it you would have to add a new motor controller driver if it's even possible or would work very well I do not know.
