Pin21 didnt work either.

specifically from the 7:32.  GPIO4 (pin 7) worked for me, GPIO25 (pin 22) also worked for me

Thanks for all your help.

Finally got it to work.

Soldered a 10K resistor to te opto

Gpio 22

And now I see seatalk data in opencpn
