Okay I have spent many of hours and trial and errors making sure I have a suitable power supply starting with RPI 3b
This is my DC to DC converter

It is way more then I should ever need no matter what I connect to my RPI4B.
How can I now be getting under voltage warnings with my Rpi4?
All that is connected is
Oesenc map dongle
Keyboard
USB SSD https://geekworm.com/blogs/news/the-new-...in-october
I am powering this hat directly from the power converter I linked above.

any ideas? the under voltage is consistently 50% of the time
