Raspberry 4 + moitessier hat / signalk -> opencpn: freeze

I found there is a bug in wxwidgets (used by opencpn) which causes 100% cpu usage if you create a connection that opencpn can't connect to. Try it, just make a connection to an ip address that doesn't exist and try to enable it and watch the cpu usage. Let me know what you find, I complained a bit about this in the past but never fixed it, and it's not an opencpn bug.

I have just tested a new version from opencpn devs that fix the jumping boat and the GPS status icon behavior when the signal is lost for signal k connections.

Sean, I have just tried a false TCP IP but the cpu usage is normal.
