Hi Sean (and anyone can help out),
sorry for the questions but after receiving your controller and starting to put it all together, I can't understand (I followed your instructions and read the various wikis) how to make it work my Chinese rocker. I attach photos that I think are more explanatory. "No motor controller" is what I see. The controller turns solid red and flashing orange. Connected to the 12 v network. and to the four pins of the Moitessier. Tried with "uart" and without. Made a rough calibration but the actuator does not move. Is it a software issue or am I wrong somewhere? Or is the controller faulty? I look forward to it and wish everyone good wind, always!

I have always attached the motor controller wires directly onto the RPi, I have never had success attaching them to the Moitiessier hat.
the UART needs to be clicked, sometimes you need to click it and reboot, and even then its not instant it takes a minute to show up the first time.
