controller connection

I have the same problem. Connection on UART, bluethooth deactivated, Moitessier Hat, same wiring as you, and as in the assembly diagram of Sean, Tx and Rx are not reversed. It does not work. controller absent, disengaged, nothing can be done.

I tried without the Hat (but without MPU9255), it still doesn't work.


I followed Sean's instructions to the letter See: https://i.imgur.com/2jbn5CV.png. 
So the threads are not reversed. I just hope the controller isn't faulty. 
I await instructions from Sean, also to understand what to do. Let's hope!
