the berry imu is now supported with RTIMULib2 in git..
Can you stop all pypilot services (ensure none running with ps aux or systemctl status pypilot, systemctl status pypilot_boatimu) Then try running pypilot_boatimu from commandline. If this wont work, pull the RTIMULib2 from github.com/seandepagnier/RTIMULib2 and try running RTIMULibDrive to ensure sensors are working. Please post output.
