[CLOSED] Discovering 3.0 what happened to CM93
#1
It seems my old CM93 can no longer be used with OpenCPN .
Is this deliberate or accidental ? (V3.0 touch)

No error message at all
OS : freshly (<24h) installed 3.0 Touch (64b), Settings 3.6.6, Opencpn 5.8.4)
Device : RPi 4 2GB, OS on SSD.

I am trying with another copy of CM93.....................................done !
I had to rebuild the database 2 or 3 times but now it works fine.
The issue was probably with the copy of CM93 I had on the USB key . Confused

So far everything seems tip top with this 3.0 touch 64b version on my Pi4 2GB and display 800 x 480 !

I am impressed. Congratulation !

BTW, could we dream of a version 4 around Xmas  (2023) ? Angel

I am pretty sure OP4 will take longer than Christmas, not because of OP code migration but because of system stability. The new Wayland protocol is far from stable: https://github.com/OpenCPN/OpenCPN/issues/3463
