Get GPS Signal from second Rasperry
#1
Hello,

I'm new to all this so I need a little help to get started.

Here is my setup ... a RasPi3 as Wifi-LTE Hotspot (using a LTE-GPS HAT) which also connects to my Wireguard Server at home.
Basically I have 2 questions:
  1. how do I get the OpenPlotter to get live-weather data in this setup
  2. can I get the GPS data of the LTE-Hat (on RasPi 3) to be seen in OpenPlotter? (like a gps mouse) The module is SIM7600E-H by waveshare and I can access the GPS by console with a script I suppose but did not get it yet.

for GPS (https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/SIM7600E-H_4G_HAT) a python script:

Thanks for your help Smile

See ya
