My nmea0183 data (primarily happens with wind instruments) arrives at the OpenCPN dashboard with significant delay between sentences. This is probably due to a set of older instruments (B&G H1000). My question is this...how do I 'smooth' out the dashboard so I'm not getting - data-nothing-data-nothing-?
Can the dashboard not hold the current value until a new value arrives a couple of seconds later?
