HELP with gps not working in opencpn

need help with reading the nmea error messages,  i did follow all direction connecting gps

That looks like output from opencpn trying to read from a serial connection? 

It's better to let signalk connect to the serial device (already is?)  then opencpn get the data from signalk either as TCP from 10.10.10.1 port 10110 or signalk on 10.10.10.1 port 3000

In Linux you must give permission to the serial input:

sudo usermod -a -G dialout (name of the user)
