***SPAM***
#1
Big Grin
***SPAM*** announcement!

After a few long months of work, I’m happy to share the first version of ***SPAM***.
No extra dependencies with offline mode. It leverages an REST API to send data. The main goal is to be simple and move away from influxDB. All the heavy lifting is done by the postgresql instance. It is a mix of saillogger and influxdb.
An effortless cloud based or hosted solution for storing and sharing your SignalK data. Allow you to effortlessly log your sails and monitor your boat with historical data.

It is all about SQL, object-relational, time-series, spatial databases with a bit of python.

Simply use Grafana or a webapp to monitor your vessels as you would with an InfluxDB.
Logbook like human entered data, from where to where etc as well as technical data: distance travelled, avg speed and wind speed, fuel used.

This project has nothing to do with OpenPlotter, why do you use the openplotter[dot]cloud domain? Huh

***SPAM***is an opensource software to export the vessel data, it does work on OpenPlotter.
Anyhow i might have post it in the wrong forum category.

The question was why use openplotter[dot]cloud domain when it isn't a project developed by openplotter. Odd choice of domain for something with no links to openplotter  Huh

References to your project and the url openplotter[dot]cloud have been marked as spam so that it doesn't appear that OpenMarine and OpenPlotter have anything to do with it.

Please choose your own name for your project, using someone else's doesn't make much sense.
