Issues with networking in OP3. AP not sending ip to devices.
#1
Hi, first of all thanks for the incredible work done with all OP. Muchas gracias, o Moltes gràcies!

I have a RP4, MAIANA antenna, running OP3 up to date. I can connect to wlan networks both with the build in Broadcom combo and my tp-link wifi USB key (Realtek 8188eus).

I have issues with the AP. Openplotter-network does not seem to do anything to the configuration files and the AP configured there does not appear on reboot. I tested multiple configurations, without results.

I've tried reinstalling openplotter-network multiple time and I'm also using the network-manager package. With this gui I'm able to create an hotspot wifi connection that I can connect to with multiple devices, but I can't access signalk with my RP ip or hostname.

I digged into hostapd.conf dnsmasq.conf dhcpd.conf and systctl.conf... Probably did mess something there. I also uninstall dhcpd packages.

Have you some ideas?

I used - - reinstall with hostapd and dnsmasq packages, no changes...
