[Solved] Maiana not detected in OpenPlotter Serial app but detectable on SignalK

I waited overnight and unplugged & plugged the power and the ethernet cable to MA HAT. It, for whatever reason, could be detected on Serial.

I am using MacArthur HAT with Maiana to get AIS and GPS data. On the board, the red and green lights for AIS and GPS are present, which I assume the hardware of Maiana works. But in OpenPlotter Serial app, no device showed up (see the pic below). But on Signal K under 'Data Connections', it seems to be detected. 

   
   

Any advice on how to proceed? Many thanks!
