I printed the case and tried it out. I sanded quite a lot to make the rpi fit the usb/ethernet socket, but still with the macarthur on it was impossible to slide it through.
My suggestions would be:
1. A bit more play and bigger gaps in the usb/ethernet ports of the PI.
2. The long side ports of the macarthur hat are too far from the case. Short side fits perfectly.
3. The bottom screws are not long enough to reach the PI because of the conical shape. (considering screws included in the hat package)
4. There is a gap between the top screw in the case and the macarthur.
