Had an issue with Chromium not starting when installing from scratch.
This is due to Chromium not closed properly. 
Removed files 'SingletonCookie' 'SingletonLock' and 'SingletonSocket' from /home/pi/.config/chromium/
Not sure related to Openplotter but the solution work.

RPI 5 8Gb
