Opto Isolator board

Just about to order some bare PCB's from JLCPCB, just just a board with some holes will turn up. Idea is have options for resistors on input & output and option for an LED. And a 3.3v zenor diode to hopefully protect the Pi Gpio uart pins from over voltage. Think I've blown one on my Pi from a ham radio transmitting. Maybe.. 

What have I missed before hitting buy??  Smile
Below is an option to convert 5v TTL to 3.3v TTL from a GPS module to the Pi.
