mosfet and TVS for motor controller
#1
Hello everyone, this is my first post.
I'm really interested in build the motor controller using arduino nano but I have some questions:
1) Do you recommend an specific Mosfet, I think to use IRF540N for all mosfets (for reverse polarity and H bridge)
2) what models for TVS could I use (for inverse polarity protection and motor protection)
Thank you

Hello
The TVS is a 600W bidirectional with a nominal breakdown voltage of 18V and a minimum of 17.1V
In SMD component, it can be SM6T18CA
The NMOS of the latest controllers are IRFR7440 with much lower resistance 40V 180A 140W 1.9mΩ@10V,90A 2.2V
