Where did folks buy the nuts and bolts from? By my reckoning i need M2.5 x 75mm - 4off. Struggling to find a supplier. Amazon only wants to sell me 840!

2.5 x 75?????

Are you sure you need such a long screw? Usually when you stack modules you use the 2.5 mm threaded posts that come with the modules, you can screw each post over the previous one, stacking them.

Here in Spain is not difficult to find 2.5 mm screws in small number at hardware stores.

Thanks to gpatsiaouras ideas I have prepared an updated V2 version of the base with a slot to manually remove the SD card when the Pi5 is installed directly over it.

(It also has a couple of holes for the protruding clips of some versions of the active cooler).

In my tests it worked very well.
