MacArthur HAT power module not shutting down cleanly
#1
I've just recently built my Pi 5 with the MacArthur HAT on, and I'm still configuring things before installing it in the boat.

I've set up the power management as per the instructions, but it's not shutting down cleanly. When I disconnect 12v SW I get the shutdown menu appear and then it shuts down, however on restart It won't connect to any bluetooth devices without switching BT off/on, and if the browser was open on shutdown it reports it wasn't closed properly. I've also had several bad restarts where things have not worked properly, both on the OS and OpenPlotter,

I only see this problems when I shutdown via the HAT.

I hope this is just because I'm new to all this. Any ideas or guidance please?

OK, update on this one. I suspect the BT problem lays with a SignalK plugin (see my other post)
