I all, after two years maiana AIS is showing only boats near me - not more than 0,1 NMi. I've Maiana AIS connected to MCArthur Hat via RJ45. I've also installed OP 4 on a new Rpi5 but did not solve the problem. What I've to check?

it seems you have an issue with the antenna or the receiving side of the Maiana board.
check if other boats are seeing you from longer distance.
if you are visible for other boats (2-5Nm) the antenna should be ok, but this is not the best news for you.
Maiana does not depend on your RPi, it is an independent device.
