Wiring with power module

The diagram in the documentation shows the second 12V wire connecting to the first terminal next to the power socket. That’s labeled Seatalk1. Is that really where it goes?

Also, can the switch be moved “upstream” so that both wires are controlled by a single switch at the battery panel? There’s already a “Nav” switch there, which I would like to power the whole nav system, including RPI, display, and sensors.

The wire going to 12V SW tells the Pi when to shut down. If both 12V and 12V SW are switched off, the Pi will just lose power, which my corrupt the file system.
