Figtting with Maiana settings after upgrade to Signal K Server 2.27.0

Current state
Signal K Server  version 2.27.0  node 22.22.2 · npm 10.9.7  

AIS works, transmits AIS data and GPS to SignalK well
Other apps looks working ok

General data read well, but station data read/write has problems
All worked well just before upgrade.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot it. 
I already spent half day with chatGPT ;-) already, please do not copy-paste suggestions form there.

do you have any special characters in the boat's name or call sign?
in a terminal (like CuteCom), what do you get for "station?" and "sys?" commands?
