In open plotter 3, and 4 both updated, opencpn starts and gives me a dialog box, asking me to agree to usage etc. There is no box showing in either case.
In windows with opencpn updates no problem. Seems to be the Pi version of opencpn. no idea where the issue is, opencpn, or open-plotter.
The box goes off the raspberry pi monitor in both versions of openplotter.
This issue did not occur last year on the version microsd card.
pi is a 4b.
do have a cell phone photo, but it's too large to upload. exported gif is still to large. can put it in an other program and really shrink if required. didn't have a usb drive with me to use screen capture on the ver 3 setup.
