Went back to the boat last night and did a reset from the startmenu back to my Noobs image with 1.10.0 and then did an update to 0.17.0. This time everything went well... It took a while but now everything is back up and working INCLUDING the compass calibration.
I am a bit tired today and I still have to reinstall my charts but that should't be a problem.
