Here is the typical problem. You have a multiport FTDI Chip 4232.
Delete your sentence with remember by device. (this blocks recognizing the other 3 ports)
Open add Window again
-now you will see 4 ports! But only difference is the port number not the serial -> so you must select remember by port
-do it with all 4 ports
Thats it.
Keep in mind that you bound the serial ports to the USB port. (When you change the USB port, the udev rule doesn't find the ports)
