I am trying to follow the "fix" for correcting the WiFi country not set issue. The suggested solutions are not working but every step requires a reboot. Once the operating system clears, and is restarting, it stops on reboot at a line that says:
"stopped configure bluetooth modems connected by UART"
It goes no further until I cut power and repower the Pi.
