New Py Zero 2 W is Out!
Hi Guys,
I hope you are all well!
I'm jumping on the conversation as I've tried to go around everything that has been said but still have some interrogation on whether to base my Pypilot on a Zero W, Zero 2 W or Pi3... Thanks in advance for your enlightments !

I see in Sean's download section : "Pi4/Pi zero 2 (stelian's image) tinypilot13-20211126.img.xz" - First thanks to Stelian for spending time on this.
=> Can we assume that this is now a stable version?

I'll ask following question depending on the reply I get on this one.

Thanks again

Guillaume

Even with updates from this thread i couldn’t keep the connection from a pi zero 2 stable, and Sean stated that a normal zero is more than enough for pypilot, so I’m reverting back to a normal zero.

Thanks Hans for the reply!
I'll let the 2 go then.

As there seem to be some interest in this, I have refreshed my tinypilot13 (based on tinycore 13, so able to run on Pi Zero 2 or Pi 4). It should be equivalent to Sean's latest stable image. The pypilot code is the one in master branch as of today.

You can find it at http://popies.net/pypilot/tinypilot13-20240915.img.xz

Thanks for this! I will be sure to take a look this time. It is my intention to switch to tinycore 13 before making more developments.

FWIW, tinycore 14 is out (with support for PI 5), and tinycore 15 is in beta, so it might be better to switch to one of those in the future.
