OpenPlotter 3 roadmap
had the same problem. Solve it by re-installing it.

This should install the latest release, paste & run in a terminal >

I spoke too soon. Everything shows up as connected, but any device connected via wifi complains it has no internet connection (despite USB tethering being enabled).

It seems that "sharing connection" feature is not working right not only for tethering, investigating...
