Yes. Moitessier HAT was designed to be always on top because the GNSS antenna and the plan was to design another one to be between the Raspberry and the Moitessier HAT. It has NMEA 2000 and 0183 in and out, Seatalk 1 in and some others super-secret and amazing features 
The software for this HAT is almost done and the first PCB design is on the table, now we are searching for manufacturers here in Catalonia and some contacts have already done. Once the HAT is in the wild we will publish the source so anybody will be able to customize the HAT.
